London Genesis overcame a red card and brief second-half wobble to deliver an emphatic 7-4 debut victory in the UEFA Futsal Champions League against Blue Magic Dublin in Athens on Wednesday afternoon.

Standout performances from Eduardo Amorim, Calvin Dickson and Eduardo Tijerin, who scored his third Champions League hat-trick, were supported by goals from Ivan Cadete-Borges and captain, Angel Martinez, as the English champions answered the question of whether their domestic form could be replicated on the European stage, by beating the Group F second seeds.
